Taking Centre Stage
Award winning and master cake designer Alexandria Pellegrino has opened her studio to host a series of master cake classes for those in pursuit of learning the artistry of cake. Each of her classes will focus on the creation of one of her entirely original cake designs. Each class offers insight into not only the inspiration for each masterpeice, but most importantly where you can find and develop your own unique style and aesthetic for cake design.
